• A free 2 hour session to larger companies in return for a free Training Needs Analysis for 5 employees
• 1 to 1 training (or small group) IT ‘coaching’, we believe it gives the best results in the shortest time
• Training takes place at your business
• 2 hour sessions, causing minimum disruption to the working
• Only the trainee touches the PC; new knowledge is retained
• £50 per hour plus VAT (with a 10% discount if paid in advance)

• Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Microsoft Publisher, Visio and Project
• Sage and ACT!
• Adobe Photoshop and Captivate
• Dragon Naturally Speaking, Inspiration, TextHelp Gold (assistive software for disabled employees)
• Companies own software (we learn, then teach the employee/company trainer)
