Richard Hepworth

Richard has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and nearly 10 years in Training. He gained a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice in 2004 and qualified as an NLP trainer in 2006. Richard has considerable experience of delivering IT and Management training across most industry sectors. He is a firm believer that training brings numerous benefits to organisations, not only in providing additional skillsets, but also in helping to improve overall morale and staff retention.
