The
TWH Group
TWH (The Whole Hogg) Ltd was formed in April 2004 by Directors
Fiona Jagger and Andy Hogg, who jointly have more than 45 years
working
with Commerce and Industry and their chosen fields of Administration
Services and IT Training respectively.
Fiona Jagger
Fiona is the joint Owner/Director of The TWH Group. During
her career path, Fiona has worked with a number of large organisations
employing up to 400 staff at each, and has used her expertise
in several key areas. She has been personally responsible for
running teams of up to 250 staff. She is highly experienced
and competent in her field of Administration Services, having
achieved RSA I, II and III in typing as well as a current wpm
of 75 to 80, with on average 100% accuracy.
Fiona’s excellent organisational skills means she is
able to run a tight ship, managing the needs of our Customers
who need help with their administration – matching them
to a Virtual PA who has the highest quality relevant skills
to get the job done quickly, efficiently and to the highest
standards. |

Andy Hogg
Andy Hogg, also joint Owner/Director of the
TWH Group, is an IT Specialist with proven teaching and technical
skills gained during the 24 years he has worked within the
IT Industry. Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to TWH, combining
a unique, friendly and focussed training style with the ability
to recognise the skill levels of the students and to tailor
the training to meet each student’s specific requirements.
Andy’s method of IT training has been described as “IT
Coaching”, with the emphasis being placed on the student
to perform all the tasks, under Andy’s careful guidance.
This style of teaching is entirely appropriate to TWH and allows
each of the courses to be entirely flexible, thus ensuring
a maximum return on investment.
