"I recently benefitted as a recipient in a short but comprehensive group course run by Andy.  The course was centred around Microsoft Word, Outlook, mail merge and e-mail merge.

Looking back, Andy was able to cram lots of useful information into a very short amount of time and by ensuring the training was both fun and interactive I'm amazed to say that I've retained most of the information!  Not only that, I have used much of it on a daily basis since then."
